I mainly work through Siceo, a boutique consultancy which I formed after many years senior management experience in global IT markets.I primarily help develop channels and routes to market for products and services as markets evolve to services led.I am close to many IT manufacturers, distributors and resellers in the IT and telecoms markets and increasingly drive Digital development and marketing plus everything as a service.Prior to setting up Siceo, I was a main board director for both US and UK Listed Companies, served as European President for a $3 billion IT distributor and helped drive the creation of a $500 million Continental European distribution business from startup. Siceo advises investors, manufacturers, resellers and distributors as they plan for channel evolution and the growth of annuity models as the primary customer engagement. Siceo also assists in growth, merger and acquisition strategies and provides support in seeking funding and/or potential exit options.I also work in an independent capacity as a non exec/mentor with several smaller services based companies and have growing involvement in Cyber security and hosted voice plays.
