Ian Millman is a Major League Baseball Scout in the Dix Hills area of New York. He has developed a powerful career in baseball thanks to his keen eye for finding raw talent and finding a place where that talent is most needed. He has worked in and out of public and private sectors, and he is experienced in education as well as non-profit work. His career as a scout has been his primary focus since a shoulder injury took him out of the minor league - but he hasn't looked back. He has been instrumental in the careers of hundreds of young players, and continues to help develop athletes of all ages through his New York Nine summer travel team - now merged with the Bayside Yankees. Ian Millman has recently turned his eye towards entrepreneurship, where he seeks to put his organizational and talent-seeking skills to work in new and exciting fields.
