Talent Acquisition Strategies- Position and Market Analysis; Internal environment assessment (company values, corporate culture, job analysis) and external environment analysis (PEST).- Establish strategies for clients and positions; Planning approaches and contact strategies for candidates on a project basis.- Build sourcing and marketing strategies for job platforms and hiring channel.- Search candidates’ strengths through screening.- Establish and manage KPIs; Setting and documenting individual KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for effective management of personal and team KPIs.Candidate Management- CV review processes: Provide guidance on formatting, revise content for CVs, and consult on English resumes and portfolio.- Interview processes: Collect and deliver essential information for interviews.- Post-hiring Process: Maintaining communication channel with candidates until post-employment to prevent mid-term exits.- Manage over 40 new candidates in a daily: Actively collect new candidates’ data on multiple job platforms such as JobKorea, Saramin, People&Job, LinkedIn, Remember, Incruit, GameJob, Albamon.Recruitment Scope- Entry Level: Handle recruitment requests from foreign companies' clients.- Mid-level Managers: Manage the most projects, possessing a comprehensive database.- C level Positions: Handle executive recruitment requests from startups and mid-sized companies.Professional Contract Positions: Handle recruitment requests for professional contract positions (lawyers, CPLAs, accountants, and similar roles) with compensation in the top 25%.Business Development- Sort high recruiting priorities clients by environmental analysis including investment scale, job postings, and headcount.- Establish Business strategies for each client, including business developing presentations and meeting strategies.- Contact to HR manager or inhouse TA through various channels such as cold-call, visiting, conference, job fare, etc.
