Ian is a Managing Director and the Head of Budgeting and Forecasting at Morgan Stanley. In addition, he oversees Pre-Provision Net Revenue and Balance Sheet forecasting processes for the Bank Holding Company stress testing program and manages the Global FP&A COO team. Ian is an active member of the Global FP&A Management Committee and is a member of various firmwide governance and financial management and oversight groups. Ian has spent the majority of his career advising C-suite executives and conducting strategic and operational analyses. Ian started his career in the Accelerated Development Program at Vanguard in 2008. He later joined J.P. Morgan as an equity derivatives execution trader working in both New York and Hong Kong. In 2013 Ian transitioned in his career to financial planning and management roles starting at Deckers Brands and ultimately joined Morgan Stanley in 2015. In addition to his work at Morgan Stanley, Ian is a father of three and an avid outdoorsman. He is a graduate of the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
