As an FSC, my team included 3 Funeral Directors and multiple support staff/vendors in arrangement (i.e. project management) conferences with at need families, establishing relationships and building new sales funnels. I was the only new hire of 2018 to sell over 120 units, earning the Century Club award. In year two, sales volume was increased sales by 18% to over $455,000 annually with an average contract price over $10,500. My work directly contributed to our team ranking first out of six teams, for seven months in the year 2021, in the third highest volume market in North America. I built 5 B2B partnerships with local companies and police departments, presented an average of 2 seminars per month, and mentored new employees and contributed to the esprit de corps of the Houston market.

Following a showroom fire, I managed a company rebrand on a term contract basis that coincided with overseeing construction of a new 7,000sq/ft showroom with over 125 working fixtures and appliances. Launched a website redesign project that moved their online sales from WordPress to an ERP-integrated custom software capable of managing over 1m SKUs across over 50 vendors, allowing this local business to complete on scale with global brand leaders. Organized a grand opening event.

Set budgets and drove progress in building the various online storefronts for Amazon and others from under $800,000 to over $4 million annually. Produced two 100 page print catalogs and thousands of online products. Eventually managed all facets of the business as assistant store manager. Hired, trained, and became product owner for the graphics team as my role expanded.

Managed conversion of CRM from deprecated software to NationBuilder app. Coordinated 71 full time staff statewide in 2014 Senate campaign, resulting in first ever runoff election for a person of color in the State of Texas, despite being outspent 100:1. Developed campaign strategies that won 2 Congressional primaries without party support in 2010 and 2012. Wrote 117 press releases, produced 89 videos, and organized 371 events.
