I led Disney’s corporate threat management process, directing Security Investigations and Operations and partnering with Employee Relations, Legal, law enforcement, and mental health resources as needed. I managed threats and incidents originating from within and outside the organization. I also focused on training and awareness, managing the content development, production and rollout of computer-based workplace violence prevention training taken by over 50,000 employees annually in the United States, Asia, Australia, Europe, and Latin America. I also conducted in-person workplace violence prevention and active shooter response training for approximately 18,000 general employees, threat assessment team members and executives in the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.In the Crisis Management/Business Continuity realm, I developed and managed the Walt Disney Company’s enterprise kidnap and extortion prevention and response plans, including facilitating tabletop exercises with senior company leadership globally. This program was also closely aligned with travel safety and executive protection functions. I also worked to revamp internal emergency notification processes for major incidents. I also was Global Security's leader in enhancing corporate pre-employment background screenings to best address security and legal risks while aligning with company values.

Sometimes this meant getting sold-out tickets for events, sometimes it meant getting our hands on the hottest spec script before anyone else.
