Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Summit Park is a leading middle market private equity firm focused on a wide range of industries with additional targeted sectors of interest (Test & Measurement, Food & Beverage, Industrial, Light Manufacturing) and target businesses with revenue between $20 and $100 million and EBITDA between $4 and $12 million. We provide owners with a variety of flexible options and investment structures, including all or partial liquidity. We provide companies with access to capital, strategic guidance, support in the pursuit of an acquisition plan, and additional resources that enable them to grow into bigger and better companies.We are a small business and the senior professionals of our firm are knowledgeable and engaged in each of our investments.
