I report directly to Board Level within my current role and I have previously worked in consultation with international Boards within my previous roles to assist them in delivering their organisational aims, vision and objectives.My role involves reporting directly to a Board of Trustees and a Board of Studies to develop organisational policies and procedures, communicate strategic priorities and incorporate the Boards valuable guidance, insights and feedback. I have worked closely with external education partners in planning, developing and assisting in the educational development strategy. I am also actively involved in the expansion, promotion and launch of counselling training programmes, delivered with the aim and purpose of promoting the relief of illness and suffering through the advancement of education. I have developed particular proficiency in the areas of strategic planning and financial planning and change management and organisational development, from this I have developed expertise in leading, mentoring and motivating teams towards achieving educational objectives. I am a compassionate and consultative leader who adopts a person-centred approach and ethos to people development, mentoring and staff wellbeing. I have worked closely with external education partners in planning and executing educational development strategies, primarily through the expansion and launch of new training programmes and services. I have an excellent track record of implementing change management to support ongoing organisational development. I have lead and successfully implemented various projects, working cross-functionally to develop and expand our range of training programmes and services in alignment with the organisations vision, goals and the next stage of their journey.
