Current* Winner of CSM of FY25 Q1, recognized by leadership for setting the ‘gold standard’ in forecasting renewal risk within my territory. * Relationship and renewal management with Smartsheet Large Enterprise customers; Driving adoption, engagement and growth across a multi-million dollar book of business (Seeing growth of 220% since 2022). * Identifying risk, understanding issues and ensuring mitigation.* Onboarding of accounts with enterprise level customers, ensuring adoption and ongoing engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.* Implementation of engagement and renewal strategies to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.* Providing guidance and advising on best practices across multiple use cases from user to executive level customers.* Delivery of Quarterly, Annual, Joint and Executive business reviews, as well as a number of other Customer Success offerings (guided onboarding, lunch & learns, webinars, etc).* Strategic planning to ensure net retained revenue is grown through opportunity identification. * Use of multiple products to gain insights, provide guidance and increase customer satisfaction (Smartsheet, Salesforce, Gainsight, Seismic, Tableau, Outreach).* Trusted advisor to customer champions, leadership and daily users of the software. * Supporting and guiding customers through technical escalations.
