Successfully completed a project that involved the derivation of new mathematical methods. Operated imaging and image-processing equipment in a labor-intensive environment. Collected astronomical data using the industrial telescope at the Observatoire du Mont-Mégantic. Research project culminated in the creation and presentation of a report and conference poster.Maintained an organized lab book and followed procedures and protocols accurately. Wrote algorithms in the Interactive Data Language and Python to reduce astrophysical data.

Designed an astronomy lecture series and delivered presentations for 2 summers. Created an official observatory operating procedures and equipment manual. Delivered over 100 astronomy sessions that were well received by participants. Led over 150 three-hour zip-line tours for the general public while maintaining safety regulations. Positive contributions resulted in a promotion to Lead Tour Guide. Conducted 15 teambuilding workshops for corporate organizations. Trained more than 30 employees over a 3 year period resulting in a more effective workforce
