I am the Scrum Master and Product Owner of the Product Engineering team.On this team, I support Product Engineers, Quality Engineers, and Developers in our Agile environment through SCRUM activities. This team leads the company in NPI, Life Cycle Management, Supporting Internal Teams.

I am the Product Owner of the North American Development Team. On this team, I support Developers and Quality Engineers in our Agile environment through Scrum activities. This team leads the company in Micro-system Development and Integration, Test Automation, and Maintaining Legacy Systems.

As the Global Product Owner of Hosting, I am responsible for the products that build out the managed and dedicated hosting platform: servers, networking equipment, standard operating systems, and VMware. I am also responsible for the processes built around these products (provisioning, cancellation, suspension, and upgrade/downgrade changes) and own creating the documentation, as well as, training the Data Center Operations teams on new technology and processes. In addition, I keep the products, product catalogs, and provisioning systems up-to-date.

As well as my role as a Global Product Owner for the Hosting catalog of products, I am also the Product Owner of the New Product Team. On this team, I support Product Engineers, Quality Engineers, and Developers in our Agile environment through Scrum activities. This team leads the company in NPI as well as maintaining our patching environments, and product workflows.
