From collaborating with big names like Nike to exploring the intricacies of tabletop production for McDonald's and Jack Daniels, our journey has been one of constant evolution.Harnessing things like high-speed motion control robots isn't just for the cool factor; it's about pushing our creative limits and delivering something unique. In the same vein, our expertise in motion design and 3D allows us to synthesize abstract concepts into digital realities.   Roles & Responsibilities● Oversee our team on a daily basis, developing and maintaining a company's vision, and strategic plan.● Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ needs as well as our own.● Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team.● Find the projects, send out proposals, set up schedules, and work with our clients.● Manage the artists, oversee the workflow, while keeping a constant communication with our clients.● Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects.● Collaborate with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements.● Constantly finding new ways to improve our workflow as well as our creativity. ● Obsessed with new tech and uncovering creative ways to use it in our projects.Our Beginning,Bubba’s started back in 2004, right in the apartment (we didn't have a garage) and over the years we grew from a post house to an all-in branded creative content studio. With roots in mograph, animation, and VFX, we approach projects with post front of mind. We have curated an incredibly talented team of artists and producers that thrive on new challenges, all while helping push each other to the next level. We love our clients and work hard to beat expectations project after project.
