I joined Alfresco in 2010 when the company was a small venture capital-backed business with around 100 employees, during my time there I built the marketing engine to take the company to a successful global business with 400+ employees and annual revenue of $120m+.I led digital transformation efforts across the Alfresco business, driving change and operational improvements across Customer, Partner and Finance teams that delivered a 35% increase in revenue YoY.I built a team from the ground up that worked as an ‘in-house agency’, bringing a combination of digital demand strategy, operational excellence, execution and expert consultancy to the wider business.
