Led a customer-focused team whom regularly received accolades from the customer and averaged an exceptional 4.7 (out of 5) on customer satisfaction surveys.Projects and Managing Change: “One-Team” approach with the customer’s IT team and together we accomplished significant IT change over three years. We separated, transitioned and transformed IT; including re-platforming SAP and migration to Azure. Replaced thousands of end user devices, refreshed and upgraded the OS of physical servers. Decommissioned legacy applications, replaced IBM Lotus Notes with Microsoft Office 365, upgraded SAP ERP, introduced Windows 10, improved IT security, introduced SAP Hybris and migrated all servers and services from Azure Classic to Azure Resource Manager (ARM), developed a BCDR plan and successfully tested DR systems.
