About Ian O'Brien

I’m an experienced transformational leader with a real passion for taking on challenges that span organisations and departments. My background is in leading large teams to deliver major programmes and portfolios, working directly with clients to deliver real change and benefits to their staff, their customers and their businesses.My experience includes consulting and delivery across the lifecycle, most recently focussing on turning around and accelerating complex programmes. The outcomes improve performance across service and operations, enabling cost and revenue improvements.
