Transformation Programme Manager – 03/2015 - PresentLeading on the ICT service re-design & transformation within a public sector partnership; delivering process, people and culture transformation. Implementing a renewed customer service focus across the 120+ staff, including 1st, 2nd & 3rd line support, operations and portfolio delivery team. Reporting into senior client and C-level within the customer’s organisation. Delivered £6m cost reduction & increasing profit by £3m in ICT and £1.75m profit (£0.75m revenue uplift / £1m cost reduction) in the portfolio team. Improved service KPIs including customer and employee satisfaction from below target to exceeding target across an 8 month programme.Transformation Programme Manager – 05/2014 – 04/2015Recovery and delivery of a failing programme (previously forecast as a 24 month programme), migrating 8,500 end user devices to Windows 7. Implementing and accelerating new deployment, service & support processes, building a 76+ strong matrix team across supplier and client organisations. Built key client and stakeholder relationships into heads of service and C-level of both organisations, offset and agreed key programme dependencies and costs into the client and led the successful delivery of the programme within 11 months and to the £4.2m budget.
