CurrentManaging RFQ (Request for Quote) process for Arista Global Service Depot network business. To determine vendors in the market with capability to support our business needs while optimizing costs Planning and execution of Supply Chain Inventory performance on a global level – covering two Distribution Centers and over 100 international field stocking locationsManage expansion of Service Operations network throughout EMEA and APAC via 3rd part logistics partner - from initial pricing negotiations to local IOR setup to local warehousing setup through to receipt of initial seed stock shipment into new network location. Trade Compliance - work closely with Global Trade Compliance team, consultants and local Government Licensing Authorities to ensure appropriate Import/Export Licensing is obtained to facilitate global shipping requirementsSupport development of systems and tools required for Service Operations planning. Define business rules for Technical Assistance team on delivery of replacement product to end customers; provide guidance to Technical Assistance team and support escalations as required. Define and plan minimum stocking levels to hold in service depots based on install base, RMA rates, and cycle time to replenish inventory. Oversee Operational Metrics for Service Distribution Centers and Depots - on time delivery performance, inventory fill rate, repair to new-buy ratio, asset recovery, End of Life product purchases and product Scrap Review processPhysical Inventory Auditing of 3rd part logistics partners - ensuring to meet all internal auditing and financial obligations Monitor global shipments and resolve Customs related queries in order to prevent lengthy delays in processing shipments for clearance
