- Developed a geo-tracking mobile app for Québec’s Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change that stopped 100% of bad behavior by subcontractors- Implemented versions 2 and 3 of an internal application for a FAANG company- Led (me and another developer) the development of a prototype for a startup that was subsequently acquired by a German conglomerate for 5M CAD

- Led and organized a team of four developers, through agile methodology with scrum rituals, mentoring new team members to ensure an efficient onboarding process

- Developed a diverse range of applications for various clients, including full-stack and mobile apps for a museum, library, and utility company- Traveled to France to install 78 Bluetooth beacons in a museum for in situ localization within a mobile app, and optimized the Bluetooth localization signatures for each artwork. This allowed for self-guided tours and removed the need for a guide.- Engaged in the R&D of mobile applications to benchmark React Native and Flutter over 3 months. The conclusion was that Flutter is 28% times faster

- Managed relationship with company’s largest client, office supply store Hamster (subsidiary of Novexco)- Developed a more efficient e-commerce website, enhancing the overall user experience and driving increased and recurring sales which increased sales by 5%

- Started consulting company and successfully won contracts to develop websites and SaaS application for clients- Developed front-end for SaaS-based CRM

- Enhanced user interfaces- Optimized database queries and indexes for 10% faster performance
