Currently, I am a Data and Systems Administrator at RISE Partnership. The organization oversees and manages multiple state Trusts connected to Home Care and Personal Support Worker's training, healthcare benefits, and more. (More here soon)Previously, I worked as a Product Implementation Specialist with Huron Healthcare Consulting as Analyst. (More here soon)I worked in a limited duration role as the Assistant Enrollment Coordinator for the Oregon Home care Worker's ACA Enrollment Team where I continued to develop and improve the skills I developed as a campaign director as well as build a foundation in HIPAA and HITech and a more in-depth HR skillset.I was a Data Support Specialist with the ACA Enrollment Team here in Oregon. Working from Oak Grove, I managed the daily maintenance, construction, and internal training of a spreadsheet based data model used by our outbound and inbound callers and support. In that role, I used extensive data management skills with keen attention to detail, reliability, and efficiency. I also audited internal data and numbers, worked with complete participant data sets, and closely assisted the on-site Internal Systems Tech.My post-college work experience started where I worked 60 - 80 hours a week for nearly 3 years in a variety of different roles, mostly as an Assistant Citizen Outreach Director. In those 3 years I applied my energy to various realms within the office but always managed staff, recruited existing and new employees, data based daily performances, executed pay roll, created and enacted staff development, explored new areas of staff recruitment and membership building, built relationships with senior overseers, took over and re-staffed Environment North Carolina's campaign office over a one month period, attended tens of nationally organized training courses, and more. I have built extensive experience in planning, organizing, budgeting, research, fundraising, and outreach. Currently, I am looking forward to tackling perhaps a new industry but definitely something oriented around data analysis, planning, staff development, and/or strategic theory or design. My personal hobbies include board game design, hiking - especially in the Pacific Northwest, wood construction, strategy gaming, reading historical non-fiction, and attending concerts.
Listed skills include Event Management, Microsoft Word, Customer Service, German Language, and 40 others.
