Experienced and proven CTO, having worked in various technology markets since 1998.Previously I held senior positions with Autonomy, and Fast search and transfer, specialising in the vertical search market.In 2008 I co-founded Globrix.com, raising investment with News International and building a small high calibre team. The site rapidly grew to 1.5m unique users per month, and over 1 million properties. Many of the features were completely new to the market, and only now forming part of competitor websites. Globrix was later sold to DMGT, and eventually consumed by Zoopla.In 2010 I co-founded Artirix which is a software business building search application platforms primarily in the marketplace /classified space, and running them as a service for our customers.2015 co-founded and raised investment for Realla.co which is a commercial real-estate / property digital marketing platformSpecialties: CTO, property portals, marketplace technologies, enterprise search, startups, investment

Globrix was a disruptive new entrant to the property portal market in 2008, with a free to list model, built through crawling details on estate agents websites. It was sold on to Zoopla in 2012.Globrix had a simple and intuitive search experience matched by a novel way of transforming unstructured property listings. The search offered rich features to allow keyword filtering by a broad set of features such as "south facing garden", "cinema room" and so forth built from a semantic model.
