I’ve always thrived in environments where I can learn, adapt, and solve complex problems, whether that’s mastering a new language, navigating different industries, or diving into the world of data and AI. My journey has been a bit unconventional, spanning hospitality, social media entrepreneurship, and now as a leader in data and analytics engineering.Originally from the UK, I’ve spent the last few years in the US managing data and analytics initiatives in the media and entertainment industry. As a Data & Analytics Engineering Manager, I’ve had the privilege of leading cross-functional teams, architecting scalable solutions, and leveraging AI to optimize business operations. I’m particularly proud of my work driving innovation at UP Entertainment, where I led and contributed to projects aimed at expanding digital distribution, improving customer experience through data-driven insights, and integrating cutting-edge solutions to streamline operations. These experiences have sharpened my technical expertise and passion for turning data into real business impact.I’m now making the transition back to the UK, excited to bring my diverse skill set in data engineering, cloud computing, AI, and leadership to Allied Global Marketing. What motivates me daily is the opportunity to solve problems, innovate, and build data-driven strategies that make a difference.
