About Ian Peatey

Helping build great relationships with self and others.Experienced group facilitator, trainer and coach with a focus on building sustainable and meaningful relationships in all areas of life. I am based in Romania and travel extensively for my work. In business I work with Nonviolent Communication and Solution Focus with top teams and organizations in a variety of tailor made interventions and training programs. I love the simplicity and depth of the approach and have witnessed amazing changes and clarity of plans when I help people focus on building relationships and solutions. I've studied Nonviolent Communication (NVC) under Marshall Rosenberg (and others) since 2001 and am a Certified Trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication. I run workshops for organisations and individuals in a variety of contexts (business, family, interpersonal relationships) and find this work deeply transformational. Previously I worked as head of training and development for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Poland and as a partner with Telos Partners in Poland. I welcome enquiries about my work and discussion about how I might support you.
