Having over 20 years experience of working in IT I have gained a strong understanding of technology, particularly networking and communications principles. This allows me to apply myself to new technologies and products effectively, without prior direct experience. My focus in recent years has been on Cisco products, but I have proven ability to work with multi-vendor equipment, and am able to quickly gain a high level of understanding.My focus in recent years has been on Unified Communications, with the inevitable recent broadening to include Collaboration through the addition of TelePresence skills.I have strong project management skills, and can apply these skills to managing my own projects and co-ordinating the activities of others.
