In support of our Military Service Members, the OpenText ECM/BPM project provides a single platform to revolutionize how legacy healthcare systems are modernized and sustained utilizing the latest COTS technology. The EIM platform leverages a low-code platform to streamline an Agile-based system development process, which includes a NARA-compliant records management module to allow legacy systems to rapidly reinvent themselves while meeting the stringent DoD, NIST, and NARA compliance initiatives. This allows the Government to completely revamp legacy systems with the latest technologies and health standards, meet complex user requirements, and deliver a rich user-centric designed web interface.As a component of this, I serve as Vendor-side Project Manager for the Paper Records Tracking (PRT) application. In this role, I support the creation of the user guide, backlog refinement and grooming, communication of deadlines, risks, impediments, and project progress. I work together with our Product team and other government stakeholders to build this application, advise on the technology capabilities of our platform, and since the application is live at several sites, troubleshooting tier 3 issues our user community reports.

As a Technical Analyst with Kreative, I'll be assisting with the development and execution of growth strategy, working directly with leadership. I'll also be working to support Kreative's growth by applying my own design, photography, and technical writing skills to build out proposals, project deliverables, marketing materials, and other internal documents. I've very excited and fortunate to have this position as I'll be mentored by C-suite executives and l'll learn how they go about building the company, executing on its mission, and more.

The Consulting Club is a student run organization at Columbia Mailman School of Public Health. With the Consulting Club, my role is to facilitate connections with other organizations and clubs that also share our goal of getting our students into jobs, and getting better at the skills required to be successful in a consulting career. We do a lot of case preparation, interview preparation, and networking. As a group, we create and run events to help our peers learn and perform so they can find success.

During the course of the Summer, our team of four was assigned a capstone project in which we were to create a quantitative model demonstrating the financial ROI of an investment in the culture and quality management of a medical device company, from small to large. Additionally, I assisted in projects as needed, ranging from report compilation, client-facing document design/contributing authorship, and hospital buyer side diligence on site.

IQVIA presented a big question. "What direction do you see healthcare taking in the next few years?" We've been tasked with a mix of market research and due diligence to make some recommendations for the pharmaceutical industry to prepare for the disruption that are coming in the next few years from various sources including technology, public policy, mergers, etc.

I collaborated with clients to understand their underlying drive to identify and reach their fitness goals. I strive to educate my clients by working them through a dynamic program that molds to their progress. -I conducted movement analyses to breakdown health risks and communicated the issues to the clients -I prescribed exercise directed at the client goal, as well as to alleviate any movement issues identified in the movement analysis-support with nutritional advice to create long lasting lifestyle change-experience with olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, weight-loss, body re-composition, building speed and strength, increasing mobility, corrective exercise.

Our team was tasked with understanding and exploring potential revenue growth opportunities for Cloud Tech Partners after their environment was in flux due to their acquisition by Hewlett Packard Enterprises. We conducted deep market research to offer recommendations regarding industry and capability expansion for short and long term growth.

Gathered market research and formulated an approach strategy for Swaponz to market towards young adults. The project specifically focused on understanding how Swaponz can penetrate the university market. We focused on national organizations on the collegiate level, and we able to deliver a cohesive plan for an ambassador program Swaponz can immediately implement.

As Student Manager, I work directly with the Equipment Management staff to make sure Cornell's Sports teams are always prepared with uniforms, equipment, and other gear for practices, and games. This includes assisting in distribution of personalized protective gear, uniforms, and equipment, and the assisting the management staff with record keeping of what has been given out and returned.

I was awarded the position of Conte Research Scholar after application to the program in April of 2016. I worked with my Mentor Joshua Chiappelli M.D. and Elliot Hong M.D. to work on a current research project on the forefront of the field of Schizophrenia treatment and research. My project focused on the relationship between the stress bio-marker Cortisol, among many others, and hippocampal shrinkage, as is widely evident in Schizophrenia. I found this internship to be extremely influential in driving my future professional endeavors, because this particular institution allowed me insight to the treatment and management of Schizophrenia treatment, as well as my focus on research.

Focus on projects dealing with Alzheimer's Disease, and understanding its Neurochemical nature. Collection of data using both human behavioral paradigms, and animal (rat in particular) based paradigms.

As an intern, I worked in two sectors of this hospital. I spent around half of my time working with Ken Gooding, in the financial department of the hospital. Working with Mr. Gooding offered me much insight into financing a large medical institution, and the challenges faced by these treatment centers. In addition, in my remaining time, I collaborated with the head administrator of the Queens Hospital Eye clinic. I was responsible for assisting in increasing the efficiency of the clinic in all aspects of treatment and patient processing. This includes patient registration, financial processing, and patient care.
