I lead my team in a project to completely rebuild the calibration process for secured PD, PPD and FSD models, the result was a fast, highly reliable process that had the confidence of all business areas and which significantly reduced regulatory riskI also developed the first in depth analysis of secured forbearance within the bank and its impact on models, this work was delivered to the board and was crucial to regulatory compliance.

I worked with both fraud and collections to design and implement innovative scoring and segmentation models to minimise risk and maximise profit.

I restructured the MI for detailed and accessible fraud reporting using SAS I also overhauled the application fraud process through analytics and working closely with operational teams

I recruited and trained a 15 strong team to revolutionise the MI for a three thousand strong collections department. The improved SAS based MI drove significant improvement in collector performance and cash collected.
