IT professional with over 27 years experience in the development, support, leadership, and management functions within the higher education sector. These systems are diverse, complex, and highly integrated environments across Student Information systems, HCM and Payroll systems, and Finance systems.Focused attention for the vast majority of this time has been within the Student Information Systems where I possess a broad and deep knowledge of the admissions, curriculum, advising, records, student finance, and financial aid functionality and integrations.Initially working on the customer side of higher education where I participated in the Workday Design Partner Program to assist Workday in designing and developing the initial version of the Workday Student product. Then came a shift to the consulting side which has me heavily involved as a Student Integration Lead and Consultant with assisting higher education institutions manage and implement Workday Student integrations. As integrations are inherently cross-functional in nature, this has involved a great deal of effective communication, verbally and written, with all other functional and technical areas across both Alchemy and each institution we work with.My title of Senior Principal Integrations Consultant and roles of Student Integrations Architect and a Workday Product Lead for Student Integrations has allowed me to keep close ties with Workday Product to drive needed changes to help our customers and to share this knowledge with fellow consultants on our team.
