In this role I am is responsible for all Consulting topics in the Netherlands, Belgium, Nordic, Czech Republic, Russia and – as before - in the UK. Supporting local Professional Services Technical Directors and Professional Services employees

Head of the Professional Services, ensuring successful completion of projects and to exceed customer expectations. Coordinate all associated activities & resources to guarantee the committed margin and scheduling criteria.Provide support during presales, customer solution and technical presentations, assessing project needs, planning, staffing and risk management and create awareness of consultancy and training services offered.Create Statement of Work (SOW) and software integration specifications, manage project plan and scope throughout the lifecycle of the projectsProvide aftersales support and management of customer helpdesk. Provide guidance to the project team and ensure the project budget and margins are metCommunicate new business opportunities identified during project execution.Preparation and planning of customer events, seminars, workshopsExecution and management of onsite customer workflow consultation / optomisation
