I was an executive level leader in the education world who is now enjoying enabling those wanting to make an impact in what they do. I am particularly motivated to work with those who want to make a difference for all they serve, lead or teach. I am excited by a philosophy of coaching to underpin practice, especially where the ambition is equity in voice through collaboration and collective knowledge production. I have a wealth of experience at executive level and extensive experience across the education and voluntary sectors. I am a coaching expert and knowledgeable leader, with a demonstrable track record of successful senior positions leading and projects with a balanced, dynamic and tenacious approach, renowned for productively challenging the status quo to transform organisations to more effective and efficient processes with measurable impact. I provide expertise in organisational transformation, performance improvement and stakeholder engagement to drive successful business outcomes throughout periods of ambiguity and change.A champion of effective governance best practice and delighted to be having a book chapter published shortly on this topic. Other publications include research undertaken in connection with leadership and management, social justice and inclusion.I am currently engaged in a fascinating research project with the University of Huddersfield and SERT Training Ltd enquiring how best to bring sustainable energy curricula into schools. Another current exploration is with Embecosm Ltd looking at bringing their expertise in AI into schools. In addition, I am supporting the Association of Education Advisors in developing its extraordinary business in the area of school improvement through its Associate Accreditation. This activity is taking this International Quality Standard to school systems across the globe.Additional activity is in coaching individual executives and leaders, enabling them to maximise their own performance and that of their organisations.
