In IBM, he led the global commercial and operations team for a major banking consultancy client. Subsequently, he led operations in Games Without Frontiers, maximising the business results from GWOF's resources, including sales pipeline improvement, strategic execution, and enabling the rest of the senior team to focus on what they do best.An unashamed Excel geek, Ian is never happier than when he's developing, tweaking or otherwise fiddling with a spreadsheet, making use the the 90% of capability that most people don't know about.
