The human element is something I have great understanding of, and it is in my nature to be sympathetic to the greater needs of my clients. Business affairs can have an effect on personal and domestic, and vice versa. In addition to my legal skills I have advised companies in Business Development, arranging Professional Indemnity Insurance, and running Risk Management projects. In running my own companies and Solicitor’s firms I have been dealing with, and am fully aware of, company formalities and strict compliance procedures.
