Hey there! 👋🏼I'm Ian, CEO of NumberMill and a passionate advocate for streamlining the complex world of recruitment, payroll and back office operations.My journey in this industry has been quite the ride….What started as a tip from a friend about a job opening has turned into a 13-year adventure in the payroll, recruitment and accountancy sector.I've been with NumberMill for nearly a decade, working my way up from payroll manager to operations manager, then director and now proudly serving as CEO.It's been an incredible journey of growth and learning.When I'm not immersed in the world of payroll, recruitment and financial management, you'll find me chasing after my curious and fun-filled 3-year-old son, Riley. Family time is precious and I cherish every moment with my wife and little one.To unwind, I love hitting the golf course, kicking a football around, or a game of pool or darts.
