Current- Retain $5M portfolio for global accounts including Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 - Grows account revenue by expanding partnership use cases and upsell / cross-sell to executive level- Consults Enterprises how to define business objectives and KPIs as SME for AI / ML strategies- Presents analytical data and key metrics to showcase business value- Builds strategic Success Plans to drive adoption & mitigate account risks- Leads internal initiatives including Case Studies, CS process efficiencies- Strengthens cross-collaborative feedback loops as voice of the customer - Consistently rated 8-10 on Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and “Very Satisfied” on Customer Satisfaction surveys (CSat)
