I'm often asked about my proudest achievement in my career to date. Having led the modernisation programme for Royal Mail between 2009 and 2015, it is undoubtedly the prestigious accolade of 'Project Management Company of the Year' received from my fellow project professionals at the UK's Association for Project Management in 2016.
