Graduated in administration at PUC Rio, I started at marketing with 22 years at P&G as an intern, until I left with 26 as a product manager to undertake. I had a drink’s distributor for 3 years, however, two months after closing the distributor I met a startups incubator (Finxi) and the world of technology. The scale potential of the use of technology and the 4.0 industry (AI, IoT, Blockchain) captivated me right away. After 2.5 years as director of new business at the incubator, I was enchanted by a startup from the game development universe group and from April 2017 I became involved with the project as CEO. Gamer Trials was a crowdtesting marketplace. After a few months of GT, I developed a distribution strategy based on a development marathon that ended up becoming the core of the business called GameJamePlus, The “game development world cup”, the largest collaborative movement to promote entrepreneurship in Latin America , which in 2019 had its fourth edition in 33 cities in 8 countries worldwide. And already had participation in Rock in Rio and Unicef.
