The centre commemorates Australians who served on the Western front during the First World War.Arriving in France in January 2018 I was tasked with project managing our team throughout the implementation phase of the project, through to the grand opening and museum launch on Anzac Day. Spending 4 months onsite at the War Memorial certainly made for the most emotional and meaningful project of my career.Our solution delivered mobile applications, a complex backend system and beacon based user positioning. The solution powered the multi-media solution comprising of 450 flat screen monitors and over 120 servers, amongst other hardware components. -
