Property Specialist
Current- Administer and manage existing real property and equipment lease agreements and negotiate new ones on both Lessee and Lessor side.
- Conduct financial analysis to determine viability of properties and long term out look of cost/benefit.
- Carry out market research to ensure funds are spent appropriately and ensure needs of each office is met.
- Carry out site selection for new spaces for company use.
- Manage the lease database software in MRI and assist in the accounting functions such as journal entries and reconciliation.
- Handle any issues that may arise with tenants or landlords such as lease breaches, payment issues, early termination, etc.
