Current•Administer and manage existing real property and equipment lease agreements and negotiate new ones on both Lessee and Lessor side.•Conduct financial analysis to determine viability of properties and long term out look of cost/benefit.•Carry out market research to ensure funds are spent appropriately and ensure needs of each office is met.•Carry out site selection for new spaces for company use.•Manage the lease database software in MRI and assist in the accounting functions such as journal entries and reconciliation.•Handle any issues that may arise with tenants or landlords such as lease breaches, payment issues, early termination, etc.•Manage all mineral interests and mineral leases controlled by SWRI.•Assist in property related matters such as property tax, easements and platting.
