Manage the Engineering Team operating NOAA/USSF Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite (GOES/EWS-G) constellation. Lead the contractor team of subsystem engineers responsible for spacecraft payloads, comms, power, thermal, attitude control, FSW, GNC, propulsion, products, ground system and navigation.

Lead the Spacecraft Navigation team operating the GOES/EWS-G constellation. Perform real-time spaceflight operations and maneuver planning activities to maintain deep space geosynchronous position and meet mission requirements. Interact with multiple Government/Civilian agencies to analyze collision avoidance maneuvers with other satellites and debris to maintain space situational awareness.Lead the navigation team conducting orbit determination, drifts, station-keeping, momentum and inclination adjust maneuvers.Lead the Image Navigation team ensuring imager/sounder payload yields navigated/accurate 24/7 imaging and atmospheric sounding data operations for NOAA/NWS/USSF compensating for spacecraft/orbit and thermal conditions.On-call support to real-time operation of the on-orbit satellites, problem identification, resolution and investigation of spacecraft anomalies.

Key member of the engineering and operations team as part of flight test programs. Involved in the early concept, system design phases, requirements analysis, major design reviews and system integration, evaluation and trials phases. Conducted 1-D and 2-D thermal modeling assessments for a flight program and performed Verification & Validation (V&V) of 6-DoF system models of flight performance. Generated strategic proposals and analysis for future work as a key member of the modeling / simulation team.

Served as lead engineer preparing for major program Design Reviews, Mission Success Reviews and Configuration Audits following Systems Engineering processes for a flight program. Performed 6-DoF trajectory modeling of flight dynamics, flight stability and airworthiness analysis. Conducted pre- and post-flight analysis of flight dynamics and vehicle performance using system models and on-board instrumentation.
