I am an experienced international banker with two decades of service at HSBC spread across Asia, Europe, South America, and North America. I have held a number of leadership positions focused on business development, customer relationship management, and risk management, building expertise in the following areas:• Commercial lending and wholesale client relationship management• Financial and non-financial risk management (including enterprise risk, credit risk, financial crime, and reputational risk)• Corporate governance, regulatory compliance, sustainable finance, business strategy, and operations• Coaching, mentoring, and team leadershipI am currently serving as Regional Vice President, CRE at HSBC Bank Canada. I lead a team of bankers covering commercial real estate developers, owners, and operators in eastern Canada (mainly the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario). Our goal is to help our clients by providing competitive construction and term lending facilities for residential, industrial, retail, and office assets. Beyond lending, we also help our clients manage their risk and business operations through FX and interest hedging products, cash management services, and sustainable finance products among others.
