As a Project team manager I was responsible for a team of 18 Programme managers/Senior Project Managers/Project Managers and Project co-ordinators over a 2 year period. I worked within BT iNet as a Senior Project/Team Manager involving the management and introduction of new operational infrastructure’s and IP Telephony Solutions and services into both the private and public sector environments. The role focuses on being the single point of contact for a number of projects, this allows me to carry out in depth analysis to identify impact, risks and costs, enabling the work to proceed in a professional manner, giving a quality service in a stressful environment, and delivering to budget and within agreed time-scales.
