- Help my team communicate with new applicants to collect and submit missing information necessary to establish a new account.- Proactively improve the onboarding process to increase auto-approval and conversion KPIs. - Discuss methods of attracting young investors with the acquisition marketing team and then help young investors with onboarding.- Actively engage in discussion on Public that centers on investing, business news, and financial literacy while moderating content that doesn’t belong.

- Process member sign-ups, renewals, added cards, and other account changes. - Instruct members and potential members about memberships, the warehouse, and certain credit programs or promotions.- Issue replacement and temporary cards, submit credit applications. - Accept customer returns while providing a high level of member service.
