Develop, implement, and deliver high-quality training programs focused on Adobe's suite of creative software products. My primary objective is to empower teachers, designers and end users with the knowledge and skills to effectively and efficiently use Adobe software tools for creative purposes.Key Responsibilities:1. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop comprehensive training curricula that cater to skill levels from beginners to advanced users. Ensure the training materials align with Adobe's software offerings' latest features and updates.2. Training Program Management: Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions across multiple locations and delivery formats (eg, in-person, virtual, self-paced online courses). Oversee the logistical aspects of training, such as venue selection, equipment setup, and registration processes.3. Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, demonstrate proficiency in various Adobe applications, and serve as a role model for other instructors. Ensure that training sessions are engaging, interactive, and tailored to meet the specific needs of participants from New users to the more experienced user. 4. Learner Assessment and Feedback: Develop and implement assessment mechanisms to evaluate learners' progress and understanding of the training content. Collect and analyse feedback from participants to continuously improve the training experience.5. Training Resources and Materials: Create and maintain training resources, including presentation slides, hands-on exercises, video tutorials, and reference materials, to support instructors and learners.6. Collaboration and Partnerships: Foster relationships with Adobe, training vendors, and other relevant stakeholders to stay informed about software updates, best practices, and industry trends. Collaborate with Adobe representatives to enhance the training content and ensure alignment with the company's product roadmap.

The Adobe Community Expert and Adobe Express Ambassador programs are initiatives that recognise and empower individuals with expertise, leadership, and passion for Adobe products and services. This allows me to contribute to advancing knowledge, creativity, and collaboration within the Adobe ecosystem.I have taken part officially with Adobe at Adobe MAX London and Adobe Express events as well as being a regular Teaching Assistant at Adobe MAX events. I regularly take part in online webinars and help Adobe communities grow and learn Adobe software.1. Product Advocacy:Showcase expertise in Adobe software or solutions. Help to provide a go-to resource for community members seeking guidance, troubleshooting, and creative inspiration.2. Community Engagement:Proactively participate in Adobe's official community forums, social media groups, and other online platforms. Engage with users, addressing their queries, sharing valuable insights, and fostering positive interactions to create a welcoming and inclusive community atmosphere.3. Content Creation:Produce high-quality tutorials, articles, videos, and other educational content related to Adobe products and workflows. My contributions enrich the learning experience of end users and encourage their growth as creative professionals.4. Events and Workshops:Participate in virtual or physical events, workshops, webinars, and meetups. These activities will provide knowledge-sharing, networking, and skill-enhancement opportunities among Adobe users.With expertise in Adobe products and a talent for delivering engaging and informative presentations, I effectively connect with Adobe's target audience. My strong communication skills, demonstrated through active involvement in online forums and social media, showcase my leadership, empathy, and helpfulness. Teaching and empowering others to unleash their creative potential using Adobe tools are my passions.
