SAP system & program implementation- Facilitate Change Management during program implementation stage as a learning facilitator- Completing facilitator training programs and successfully conducting CM workshops to SEA Operations team during program implementation stage within stipulated time frame.- Providing business continuity support during system rollout phase 2.
