For 15 years I have advanced non-profit organizations and the causes and people they serve through philanthropy, board and donor development, sound fiscal management, strategic planning, human resources, and a dedication to always serving a higher purpose.In 2019 I founded Big Rock Media, which has become a major international media outlet in the motorsports industry, specializing in adventure motorcycling. I am an expert in advanced film editing, social media, advertising, brand management, and start ups. I am also a non-profit management professional with 15 years of experience. Currently holding the CFRE and CSPG designations. My specialty is overall management of the development/advancement function of a non-profit. Ground level and also management experience in annual giving, special events, foundation relations, alumni and parent relations, major gifts, planned giving, advancement services, personnel management, strategic planning, board development, and more.When I'm not in the office you will find me spending time with my amazing wife and young daughter, working on our house, mountain biking, gardening, riding my bicycles, hiking, camping, kayaking, practicing my photography and spending time with my friends and family. I volunteer my time by serving on the board of Mountain Disaster Preparedness (a 501c(3) non profit) as Vice President. I also serve as Treasurer of the Idyllwild Help Center, and formerly as VP of Strategic Planning at Idyllwild Community Fund
