• Manages a team of 10 people, including two supervisors, delegating tasks, planning, goal setting for the entire business unit responsible for analyzing performance and reporting for publicly-funded homeless programming in Los Angeles County• Leads the design, development, and maintenance of interactive and impactful data visualizations and reports that assist LAHSA and LAHSA contractors to tell their stories• Oversees the funder and subrecipient reporting responsibilities for the entire organization, serving thousands of homeless individuals and families each year• Sets the performance requirements for all LAHSA contracting, incorporating feedback and recommendations from other business units, providers, persons with lived experience, and other government officials • Responsible for the annual evaluation and policy development of the competitive HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) program totaling over $109 million in supportive housing for the Los Angeles Continuum of Care

• Generated reports and analyzed program performance, and provided contractors and colleagues with feedback regarding the results obtained• Provided data and evaluation support for grant‐making and procurement, including evaluation of proposals for funding and development of performance targets and performance reports• Maintained up to date knowledge of data elements and requirements necessary to report to LAHSA investors; this includes ensuring that the HMIS database contains all the pertinent data elements and requirements necessary to satisfactorily report • Completed ad hoc and routine data requests which are often time-sensitive and complex using SQL, SAS, and Tableau

• Effectively managed thirteen cold-weather shelters across Los Angeles County• Facilitated monthly meetings to capacity build, bringing in community stakeholders to train providers on TB, hospital dumping, assessment techniques, data requirements, and fiscal compliance• Monitored the use of Federal Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG), Federal Continuum of Care (CoC) grants, and LA County and City General Funds identifying and reporting findings• Prepared and presented concise reports for LAHSA’s Board of Commissioners review using the Homeless Information Management System (HMIS)
