• Daily troubleshooting of security and network problems for CI in Datacenters• Monitoring, Gathering and Analyzing data to root out errors, discern trends, while diagnosing complex Critical Infrastructure issues for (internal and external) Datacenter environments used by my organization. • Responding to ALL incidents surrounding CI, while mitigating and managing all reported events through necessary documentations to make future improvements. Also performing pro-active analysis and monitoring in preventing future incidents. • Effectively performing Incident Management from incident start through resolution, partnering with engineering and DevOps teams to determine root causes, and driving rigorous problem Management to follow through on actions.• Tracking and reporting operational workflows; maintains records of results and feedback whilst analyzing data and metrics. Identifying problem areas and provides actionable insight.• Assisting & Interacting with my team as technical resources in projects and initiatives which ensures successful project implementation directed by leadership.• Driving issues through closure - while engaging all appropriate resources. Leading technical bridges and assist in troubleshooting direction. All whilst providing guidance and recommended solutions to complex technical issues around CI.• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, improve current applications in the constant updating of the software architectures designs in future uses in CI based triaging and analyst.• Responding to internal requests about security alarms and email notifications.

• Respond to systems notifications on service failures (visual and audible on multiple service platforms)• Identifying common operational and technical problems with standard solutions. Escalate more complex issues to senior Operations Engineers.• Lead operational readiness testing. Resolves basic issues uncovered during testing and escalates issues to engage appropriate resources.• Work with multiple automation and ticketing systems as well as surveillance and diagnostic tools.• Work with peer operational teams on project implementation.• Create and maintain chronological trouble tickets concerning on-air issues and maintenance activities.• Consult regularly with immediate Supervisor and Manager and make recommendations for procedural changes to increase efficiency.• Communicate regularly with development and supports teams regarding system status and implementation schedules.• Create and maintain chronological trouble tickets concerning on-air issues and maintenance activities.• Aid and training to new hires and subordinate team members with regard to policies and procedures.
