I have more than two decades experience in the voluntary and housing sectors, thirteen years of which at senior level as Strategic Manager – Health, Head of Operations and Chief Executive, in organisations addressing social inequalities in health, employment and environmental behaviours.Responsible for annual budgets over £1m, I have led organisations and teams through programmes of significant change with extensive experience of transforming organisational systems to increase productivity and service outcomes whilst reducing operational cost bases. Experienced in income generation including securing income through grants, public sector procurement tenders, direct sales, and private sector sources. Delivering evidence based and outcomes led co-produced community initiatives, capacity building and research, the evidence of which has influenced local and national policy and secured sustainable sources of funding. Experienced in delivering complex high profile and value programmes addressing social inequalities including legacy projects for the London 2012 Olympic Games in partnership with London 2012.
