The World Games Abu Dhabi 2019 was the first Special Olympics games to take place in the Middle East and the largest sports and humanitarian event recorded, featuring 200 nations, more than 7,000 athletes and 20,000 registered volunteers.- Led the venue operational planning across three venues and four sports (Cycling, Triathlon, Golf and Equestrian) over 12 months of the project. Responsible for the delivery and operation of Cycling and Triathlon at Yas Marina F1 Circuit.- Develop the roadmap and critical deliverables across the 16-month project with the Venue Management team, including the concept of operations with various Functional Areas on technical requirements and service levels.- Planning and operation of the MENA Special Olympics Games 2018, managing the operational planning process with Functional Areas and external stakeholders, medical and security. Liaise directly with venue owners to prepare and execute the venue use agreements and manage the ancillary services.- Contract management and budgeting with venues and the agency responsible for the overlay structures and venue management staff, including the training, support and issue resolution during Games Time.- Development of the venue plans, emergency evacuation plans, daily run sheets, C3 plans and other key documents required to support the operation.

- Responsible for designing, planning and operating 8 Olympic and Paralympic Road Events (Marathon, Race Walks, Road Cycling and Triathlon) across three venues, 17 days of activities and 5 test events.- Management, logistics and operation of complex events with a significant impact on the urban surroundings and live broadcast.- The leadership of a team of 12 key functional areas and a workforce of more than 2000 people involved (contractors, volunteers and government agents). Planning and management of client demands and levels of service with International Sports Federations (IFs), IOC, IPC and OBS. Led the measurement process and homologation of all courses with the International Federations.- Integrated planning and engagement with multiple stakeholders and contractors.
