Software Innovation - Advisor
Current• Lead development on mobile applications, both iOS and Android• Work as a developer in creating innovative augmented reality (AR) functionality associated with applications, allowing for enhanced user engagement• Maintain ownership of work tasks and an understanding of software projects from establishing requirements to deploying the software into production• Actively work with business partners on engagements to synthesize problems and create innovative solutions• Articulate clear business objectives, communicating efficiently with stakeholders throughout development to ensure alignment to proposed solution vision • Drive improvement through iterative review• Manage a team of developers and coordinate efforts contributing to the implementation of application solutions; promote ideation among team members and facilitate individual development of peers
