• FMO embarked on a major upgrade from ACBS 6.0.1 running on IBM iSeries to ACBS 7.0.1 running on Windows and Oracle. As consultant technical lead, I designed the migration approach and managed all aspects of the upgrade.
• Designed and developed an approach to migrate the ACBS 6.0.1 DB2 database to Oracle 12c.
• Organised internal teams across ICT to build and deliver the new target architecture.
• Created a fully automated ACBS 7.0.1 environment under Windows 2012 R2.

• Designed, developed, and delivered fifteen XML interfaces sourced from ACBS DataMart as replacements for legacy ACBS 5.3 LANSA and MS Reporting Server solutions. This required complete reverse engineering and rewrites.
• Coordinated NIBC business analysts and FIS developers to create a conversion strategy using the ACBS standard conversion utilities. This involved a major remapping exercise to bring strategic loan systems in-line with.
• Established third party management principles to help NIBC integrate the implications of moving to an ASP model. This encompassed the technologies of the ASP solution, adapting bank infrastructure to accommodate.
• Managed the technical governance across the multiple internal work streams and supported the functional test and implementation teams including environment configuration, security controls, base-lining and test data.
• Managed full component and end-to-end business recovery planning and testing.
