Management Team member, participating in strategic and operational HR management, acting as HR Partner with MD and Human Resources Sub Committee, leading an HR and Training Team, and responsible for generalist HR, employees relations, policy development, payroll, and training. Facilitated training programs for volunteer advisors and employed staff, and led a successful project to train people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
