I help early stage founders build healthy, scalable companies as efficiently as possible. I have done it myself numerous times at various levels. I have probably made most of the mistakes that founders do, but have also made some good choices. I am passionate about purpose and values driven organizations. I am a Patrick Lencioni fanboy. I love the startup/scale up stages of business the most. Not ashamed to admit that I am the right balance of smart and lazy. I find the most efficient path to success but make sure to never compromise on quality (that’s one example of a mistake I have definitely made and learned the hard way). I am a wonderer, but also able to galvanize a team around an idea to get it off the ground. Oh, and I love to meet new, interesting people. I find that I either learn something new, or help others learn. Either outcome is worth the time to connect. So, as long as you aren’t trying to sell me something, let’s connect!
